This one's for the advanced Baby Booming hip-hopper. Here we have Quasimoto and Madlib (actually the same guy! Quas is just Madlib with his voice sped up) name dropping a mouthful of old school rappers. See it at Rappcats.com. This is just to give you an idea of how much hip-hop history you've totally missed. It even flumoxed me at times. Sure I knew that the Disco Three and the Fat Boys were the same crew, but I have never heard or heard of Maestro Fresh Wes. Watch the video, scribble down the names you hear as fast as you can and take them to your nearest hip-hop record store. Good luck.
