I use ImageShack. It's free and very useful and once you get the hang of it's a piece of cake.

Tips:
-your images need to be smaller than 1 megabyte.
-use iphoto's "export" function and scale your images down to around 600px wide.
-use the "direct link to your image" URL on imageshack. It's the last one at the bottom.
-I just showed Sonya how to use it so if you have any problems ask her.
