Musical Review
My buddy Freeland prompted me to try a surprisingly difficult mental exercise. List all the bands I've seen in my life in chronological order. This isn't nearly a comprehensive list but it's the best I could come up with. Absent are all the prep-school hippy jambands, random Blues Fest zydeco bands and hip-hop opening acts that I thoroughly enjoyed but could not for the life of me remember the name of.

For bonus nerdy fun, a little quiz:
1.) Can you name all the examples of overlap; i.e. where I've seen both the band and the solo artist. Or the band and the side project. I count three. And I don't count Maceo Parker/Parliament Funkadelic or Bernie Worrell/P-Funk because they haven't played with P-funk for years and I didn't see them together.
2.) None of the artists here has a name that starts with DJ. However Two of the acts use nothing but records and turntables. Can you name them?
3.) As far as I can tell, only one of these acts is fronted by a non-American citizen. Can you tell which one?
